1. Agreement to Terms
By browsing, accessing, or using the Sport4u.live website, its associated pages, video countdown players, and editorial publications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Nature & Scope of Service
Sport4u functions exclusively as a sports information directory, real-time fixture countdown aggregator, and editorial journalism hub. We curate publicly available match dates, kickoff times, broadcast channels, and sports reporting across North American and European leagues.
Hosting Disclaimer: Sport4u does not broadcast, record, host, stream, or store any proprietary video or audio media files on its servers. Video players, stream links, and external redirects index third-party public streams hosted independently across the internet over which Sport4u exercises no administrative control.
3. Acceptable Use Standards
The Service is made available strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational use. When using Sport4u, you agree not to:
- Deploy automated crawlers, bots, scrapers, or scripts that impose disproportionate load on our CDN infrastructure or degrade service availability for other visitors.
- Attempt to tamper with, disable, or circumvent player timers, countdown gates, security tokens, or advertising placements.
- Inject malicious software, viruses, trojans, or cross-site scripting (XSS) payloads into forms or server endpoints.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
4. Intellectual Property & Nominative Fair Use
All proprietary code, stylesheets, editorial articles, original artwork layouts, logos, and UI designs created by Sport4u are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
All third-party trademarks, league names (e.g. NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, UEFA, Premier League, UFC), team names, and official emblems referenced on Sport4u belong exclusively to their respective copyright and trademark holders. Their presentation on Sport4u is strictly for descriptive identification and news commentary purposes under nominative fair use principles. Sport4u claims no endorsement by, affiliation with, or ownership of these third-party intellectual properties.
5. External Links & Third-Party Services
The Service contains hyperlinks to third-party streaming portals, official league websites, and external advertising partners. Sport4u does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or security of external websites. Interacting with third-party links is performed entirely at your own risk.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SPORT4U DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT EVENT TIMINGS, SCORES, OR STREAM LINKS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE AT ALL TIMES.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPORT4U AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR ADVERTISEMENTS.
8. Modifications & Governing Law
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Inquiries regarding these Terms may be directed to our team via our Contact Form.
